Xiaomi unveiled the 8K HDMI 2.1 data transmission cable with support for variable refresh rate, fast frame transfer and 48 Gbps bandwidth.
Xiaomi has officially unveiled an 8K HDMI 2.1 cable that supports dynamic HD resolution. The company’s new high-quality data cable is now available in China for 99 yuan ($15). Xiaomi’s new cable also supports 4K and 8K video transmission at 120 and 60 Hz refresh rates, respectively.
Xiaomi’s new HDMI data cable has features such as variable refresh rate, fast media switching, fast frame transfer and auto mode with minimal delay. The wire of this cable also acts as an improved audio transmission channel. The bandwidth of this cable is 48 Gbps and offers 3D stereo imaging technology as well as 12-bit color depth.
According to Xiaomi, the company’s 2.1 generation HDMI cable has an amazing effect on data transmission and will bring a very good audio and video experience. This cable is also compatible with 7.1/5.1 channel systems and in addition to supporting Dolby Atmos technology, it can be used to connect to game consoles, monitors, projectors, HD TVs, etc.
The Xiaomi 8K HDMI 2.1 data transmission cable has international certification by the HDMI Association and is compatible with previous versions (1.1 to 2.0).
